InvolveMobile Review

InvolveMobile is a company that has been in business since SMS marketing first began. Text Message marketing made its debut in 2001 in Europe and 2002 in the United States. Ever since that time, as text messaging has become more popular, the concept of marketing through this prevailing form of communication has the direct attention of businesses. We’ll review InvolveMobile, a veteran in the SMS marketing world.

InvolveMobile mentions itself as an “award winning” company an abundance of times. In this market, features, cost, and support is what gets you award winning status. The awards that InvolveMobile won were back in 2001 and 2002 which is a given because there probably were not any SMS marketing services available. Anyone who came out with the concept would have been award winning. They did it back then, lets see if their features are still up to par with the now well-populated market.

On the InvolveMobile website, they have a big list of features, most of which have somewhat confusing language to those who are new to this form of marketing. If your a beginner, you may want to watch their videos to get a better explanation of what their features are and how they work. For the most part, they offer similar features to that of the rest of the companies out there offering this service. The abilities include: creating and sending bulk SMS messages, receiving inbound messages, contact management and customer relationship tools, analytics, and creating interactive campaigns. None of the features listed stand out as really unique to their company or super innovative.

The cost of using InvolveMobile is fairly inexpensive compared to the industry averages on cost. InvolveMobile charges a one-time setup fee of $75. After this is paid, the monthly charge for a package of 500 low-priority messages is $45 per month. Low-priority messages, as a presumption are probably sent via SMTP, the same protocol used for email. This method of transferring messages isn’t nearly as reliable, end-users cannot always successfully respond back, and they are limited to 120 character messages. Additional low-priority messages can be purchased from InvolveMobile for 2 cents per message when purchased in a $10 package.

You can purchase priority messages at 2.8 cents per message when you purchase them in a $20 bundle. If you just plan to purchase them as you go, they are 5 cents a message. Priority messages are transferred through the higher-speed, reliable carrier connections through shortcode. These messages are fully featured and allow you to send 160 character messages.

Additional keywords can be purchased for $25 per month and you have a maximum amount of 3 keywords per account.

InvolveMobile provides support for their customers, mainly through FAQs. They have plenty of questions and they are divided into categories of:

  • General
  • Mobile Marketing Tips
  • Contacts & History
  • Broadcasts
  • Interactive Campaigns
  • Accounts and Billing
  • Messages

Your question is probably found somewhere in these FAQs. If not, they offer phone and email support for the United States and Australia.

Overall, InvolveMobile keeps things simple. None of the features they offer are anything unique to just them, in fact they are quite common among other SMS text messaging providers. If you are looking for a company with the latest technology and techniques in the marketing world, you may want to try somewhere else. However, if you are just looking for a basic system to send messages and manage your contacts, InvolveMobile might work for you.

Opt-It Review

Opt-It Review –

Opt-It is a SMS text messaging service providing their customers capability to market their business from the web through text. Of all the companies out there, and the list continues to grow, what does Opt-It have to provide that other companies don’t? In this review we will examine the Opt-It system including some of its features, the pricing, and the support to see if they keep up with the list of growing companies.

The first 2 things people think of when they see a product is: How does it work? How much does it cost? Lets inspect some of the features of the Opt-It system to see how it works.

Opt-it provides the basic services you would expect from a SMS text marketing provider, obviously the ability to send messages, receive them, and manage contacts that come into your database through opt-in. All of these features seem very easy to do from their web-based control panel. Opt-It covers the major carriers, but they have a smaller list of local providers. You will want to make sure to see if your regional providers are listed before you sign up. Now, lets look at some of the more advanced features of the Opt-It service:

  • Redemption tracking for coupons – allows you to effectively track your coupons you give out, where and how they are redeemed, and how much success your coupons provided your business.
  • Personalization fields – have you ever wanted to personalize the messages you send out but don’t want to go through the hassle of sending each individual person a message? You can simply add a personalization field, such as their first name, to the message and the system will automatically fill in the customers first name when it sends the messages out.
  • Text from your phone feature – you can send a message out to all your subscribers from your own cell phone. No web access needed.
  • Web widget – place the web widget on your website to allow customers to sign up to your database from the web.
  • Customized Analytics – keep track of your campaign through reports
  • Filters and queries – this is where Opt-It’s customer management system really shines. This gives you complete control to filter your contacts as well as query your customer database based on certain demographics. This really allows you to narrow down who you want to send your message to.

All-in-all, Opt-It provides some nice features, all of which are simple to use. If you would like to find out more about their features, they have a great help center on their website that describes (through text and picture samples) how their features work. Now that we have answered the “How does it work?” question, lets address the “How much?” question.

Opt-It only provides 2 package options, pay as you go and an unlimited plan. Prices for your pay-as-you-go option are 2 cents per message (that means both outbound AND inbound) and $20 for each of your keywords. Any opt-in and opt-out messages are free. They do offer volume discounts, but its only for customers who use more than 1 million messages a month.
The unlimited plan starts at $50 per month per keyword but the price goes up as you add subscribers. The pricing is broken down like this:

If you have 0-100 subscribers – $50 per month base price
101 – 500 subscribers – $75 per month
501 – 1000 – $150 per month

The prices continue from there as you add more subscribers. Each time you add 500 additional subscribers, you are automatically upgraded to the next payment tier. To determine how much you really owe, you need to look at how many subscribers you have per keyword. If you have 3 keywords (each having 150 subscribers) you would pay 3 times $75 per month. Your monthly payment would be $225.

Support options from Opt-It include phone, email, and FAQs. As mentioned earlier, they have a great help documentation section of their website. Through visuals, you can see how to use their system in your marketing. FAQs are plentiful, the page dividing them up into the categories:

  • Terminology
  • General
  • Pricing and Billing
  • My Account
  • Support
  • Messages

You should be able to find the help you need through the FAQs and help documentation.

Opt-It should provide for your basic text message marketing needs. It doesn’t boast too many features that aren’t found anywhere else. The pricing plans are limited and you need to look carefully at the unlimited plan to see if it will work for you and if its affordable. Support is decent, providing lots of information on their website and the ability to contact them otherwise. This service is a decent option to look in to.

Textingly Review

Text message marketing offers a unique and successful way to generate returning clientele and new customers.  This review of textingly will cover some of their features and price points as well as ease of use and support.
Founded in 2010 by David Dundas, textingly or texting.ly, launched to assist business owners in communicating with their customers via SMS messaging.  Textingly is a web-based software provider that has offices located “in the heart of” New York City and recently left beta (April 2011), adding several new features.
On the home page of textingly, there is a very well put together video showing how text message marketing works.  After watching the video, there was no clear direction on the site.  Crucial information, including buying information has been left off the site.  The few pages on the site are bare and lack links and other navigational abilities to make visiting the site easy.  Outside of pricing information or sign up, information was hard to get to and included visiting multiple pages to extract sought after facts.
Features for textingly are like most other information on the site, not easily found.  A few features that are found include:
  • Scheduling messages for future dates
  • Add names to contacts
The pricing is a gem of textingly, offering plans that start at $15 for 400 messages and go up to $150 for as many as 5500 messages per month. Some of the plans offered are:
  • Starter

o   400 messages a month

o   $15 a month

  • Standard

o   1600 messages a month

o   $50 a month

  • Pro

o   5500 messages a month

o   $150 a month

Unfortunately, this is the extent of the information there is available about the pricing.  Keywords and additional messages are not even mentioned let alone priced.
Given the lack of direction and information available from the textingly website, support is going to be a big part of this service.  Again, searching through the site revealed a support email address through a contact link and on the pricing page there is a toll free number.  That search continued to find video tutorials in the most peculiar of places.  These videos are not comparable to the quality of video on the home page and only set to confuse more with lingo that does not fit the industry norm and an assumption of user familiarity.
In summary, textingly offers a service that bares an expense far below the industry averages and close to the most affordable that can be found.  These low prices appear to be a “you get what you pay for” cost as the website and platform are navigational headaches with little to no direction.  Support is available by email and there is a phone number available on the pricing page. These support features would need to be manned all day everyday just to disclose how this service works and the challenges that will most certainly arise.  Sign up is free and access to the operational panel is made immediately available so make sure to do some significant testing and examination prior to purchase.

TellMyCell Review

TellMyCell is yet another SMS marketing service. TellMyCell is actually a company associated with Ez Texting, another company of which a review was written for this website. Between TellMyCell and Ez Texting, TellMyCell is the lighter-weight version of the two and offers less features than the former. The same basic features are available, but many of the advanced features are absent in TellMyCell.

Although its lacking some of the more advanced features, it still has everything you would need to market your business. You can send SMS text messages (bulk or otherwise), schedule future messages, manage subscribers, and keep track of incoming messages through forwarding options.

The SMS text message pricing is offered as plans you set up or as a pay-as-you-go option. The pay-as-you-go option charges you 5 cents per SMS message sent, incoming messages are free. The plans they offer range from 4.75 cents per text message to as low as 4 cents per message. Anytime credits are available for purchase as well, which act as a secondary message balance. The anytime credits never expire and rollover from month to month. Pay-as-you-go plans also offer bulk discounts for users who have high volume. The discounts are applied as follows:

  • 10,000 – 20,000 messages – 5% discount
  • 20,001 – 30,000 messages – 7% discount
  • 30,001 – 50,000 messages – 10% discount
  • Over 50,001 messages – 15% discount

Keywords are charged at $25 per keyword per month. The prices are right at about industry average per message and they do not charge setup fees. If you are looking at doing messaging that requires higher volumes, they do offer enterprise accounts for anywhere from 4 cents down to 3.5 cents per message, and they offer anywhere between 6 to 15 keywords that come with subscription to the enterprise accounts.

Support gives you FAQs and a web-based help center to give you instant information from their site. They also have a live chat to give you access to sales and support representatives. No information is given about the hours the support chat is online, one would assume it is only during their business hours. If you don’t want to ask questions live, you can certainly call them or send them an email to get the help you need. Their email system is checked regularly throughout the day, after hours, and on weekends. They guarantee a response to your email within 4 hours of you sending it. A blog is available to keep you updated on the latest from the mobile marketing world. The actual coverage they offer through their carriers seems much less from its competitors. They do have coverage through the major providers such as Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, but their list of regional providers is sparse.

If you are looking for a very basic SMS messaging service, TellMyCell is a good option. If you want a feature-rich alternative, you may want to read some other reviews. Because text message marketing is becoming so popular, users want features that will make their marketing easier, more automated, and less time consuming. More messaging platforms are becoming increasingly more powerful as marketing through text becomes more widely available.

SMaSh Review

In this SMaShcode review we are examining one of the fastest-growing text application companies on the web. If you are interested in learning more about SMaShcode and what this company has to offer for text apps, keep reading our SMaShcode review to find out more.

SMaSh is a company that is dedicated to providing its customers with access to an application server that works only via text message or SMS messaging. This company works to give customers of all types with text messaging capabilities the chance to download applications of rich variety without having to download content or have to have smart phone or data package to be able to participate. SMaSh apps are geared toward businesses to be able to extend promotions, offers, sales and other customer services throughout the mobile community. SMaSh was created with the intent to add more innovation and usability into the text messaging industry, which continues to grow to billions of users each year becoming one of the most popular and commonplace types of communication throughout the United States.

How does it work:

The SMaSh mobile application server is set apart from other SMS marketing or SMS text messaging providers because of its full-session management layer over SMS. This session management service allows for the development of text applications and mobile services that are similar to conversations and enables the concept of cookies for mobile. Other services SMaSh has to offer include:

  • The SMaSh platform includes a type of mobile technology that enables menu-drive interaction and message flows that allow for a more tailored end-user experience.
  • There is also plenty of support for a secure and function transaction, reservations, advanced lookups, socializing, scheduling, feedback gathering and other similar features
  • The platform also includes smart input recognition, location awareness as well as user profile management to personalize the experience for each user.
  • The developer platform makes it easy for those who are interested in building and creating these types of mobile apps quickly and easily without having to deal with difficult, frustration long development cycles.

In our SMaSh review, we found that there are definitely some advantages to using this type of mobile technology. These include users that are more engaged because of menu-based navigation. This kind of easy-to-use technology makes it easy for users to select from multiple options or submit and obtain desire information. Users can also go back to previous menus to submit new responses. Another benefit to using the SMaSh technology is that it is convenient for all users including options to be remembered and tracked. Users are able to respond to the same message multiple times and in different ways if desired. The app knows who they are and how to handle each response according to type. The text apps through SMaSh enables the user to connect to back-end systems like databases and other applications. For those who are interested in app development, they can be confident in knowing SMaSh has a high level of development ease because it works as a web-like application development environment that simplifies and speeds up development. There are also reduced costs and risks for SMS-based compliance associated with SMaSh.

If you are interested in developing SMaSh apps, you would be a good fit for development if you are looking to extend your brand to mobile quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for an online experience you want to share with other mobile users, SMaSh is a great option or if you simply just want to develop and share a new mobile app idea. Because text message marketing is becoming a hugely popular way to communicate and get information on your phone, these types of apps are great especially because just about any person with text message capabilities on their phone can participate. That is not the case with many other types of apps because those must often be downloaded to the phone, and unless it is a smart phone with a data package, these types of apps cannot be used by everyone. However with SMaSh, that is not the case because just about everyone can get access to these types of apps as we learned while doing research for this SMaSh review. To learn more visit SMaShcode.com and find out for yourself if this is the type of mobile technology you want to learn more about.

Cellit Review

With increasingly amazing advances in the technology of mobile devices, the marketing world is beginning turned to mobile devices as a heavy weight opponent to the traditional methods of business marketing. Cellit truly takes mobile marketing to its highest level with plenty of the bells-and-whistles to satisfy heavy duty marketing. Cellit boasts familiar companies that use their product such as Taco Bell, Subway and the Chicago Tribune, each with its own individual case study of success with their product. The Cellit website offers information about several platforms that the company has developed for different uses. This review is going to focus on 2 of the platforms they provide, Cellit Studio and Cellit Spark. The other 3 platforms they offer are:
  • Cellit Classifieds – Spending a fortune on printed classified ads? Cellit classifieds offers tools to help you take your printed classifieds to the mobile world.
  • Cellit Climate – This is an interesting service they provide. It gives you the ability to send weather alerts, from the National Weather Service, that are relevant to your customers.
  • House4Cell – If your in the real estate business and are looking to enter the mobile world of real estate, House4Cell is definitely something to check out. It provides powerful functionality allowing you to create your listings, manage them, and watch the leads grow.
If any of these sound like a solution to your business needs, it is suggested that you research the Cellit platforms.
Now, to focus on Cellit Studio and Cellit Spark. Both of these platforms are intended to be used by businesses, large and small, to meet their marketing needs. Cellit Studio contains a full array of features for your SMS marketing campaigns, while Cellit Spark is the lighter-weight version focusing more on small business.
Cellit Studio exhibits several premium messaging options including:
  • text-for-information – simply providing information about your product or business
  • text-for-content – such as ringtones, pictures, video, interactive quizzes
  • text-to-win – set up your own contests or promotions over text
  • text-to-vote – allows for interactive polling by providing real time opinions, good way to provide customer satisfaction surveys
  • Appointment reminders
  • Real-time updating analytics – shows real-time information through graphs and charts about your growing text messaging campaign
  • Interactive maps down to area code – track the activity of your campaign down to the area code level
With all these features available, one has to ask the question: “How much does a service like this cost?” Unfortunately, the Cellit website doesn’t offer pricing information for the Studio platform. You can contact Cellit for a demonstration of their platform and a price quote. Also, by visiting the Cellit website, you can find more details about what the Studio package offers. A suggestion is made to view the PDF file of specs for the Studio platform located on the bottom of the Studio webpage.
While Cellit Spark doesn’t boast as many features as Cellit Studio does, it is still a powerful option for you and your business. The Spark platform, as mentioned above, is catered to smaller businesses and their needs. The features that Cellit Spark lack are:
  • Scheduler – the ability to schedule future messages and auto-responders for delivery
  • Categories – grouping subscribers by defined categories
  • Dedicated account manager – the managing of your campaign is left up to you.
  • Multiple user access to account – only 1 user has permission to use Spark
  • Interactivity with the end-user – polls, instant wins, interactive messages, surveys
  • Event triggering – setting triggers to send messages to users who perform a certain action
  • Web API – allows you to interact your back-end system with Cellit
Even though Spark lacks these features, it still has plenty of goodies to help you successfully market your business. Cellit, fortunately, provides pricing information about the Spark platform on the web. Their Basic package of 1500 messages per month and 1 keyword runs $49, leaving messages prices at a little over $.03. The Pro packages gives you 3000 messages per month and 2 keywords for $89 bringing the cost per message down a little to just under $.03 per message. The “best value” Premium package offers 7000 messages per month and 3 keywords for $179 leaving prices at around $.025 per message. If you need higher volume than this, they make mention of the Cellit Studio packages which offers as high as 1,000,000 messages per month with 1,000 keywords. Again, no pricing options are available for this, you must first call to get a price quote. Make good judgement as to how many messages you think you may need per month when signing up with Cellit, they do charge for overage use.
Ease-of-use for the Studio platform is only determine by requesting a demonstration from Cellit. Cellit Spark has videos, as part of a virtual tour, available for determining the ease-of-use with that platform but you must provide your contact information before they will allow you to view them.
The support options from Cellit are a toll-free line as well as email to their sales department or support team. Cellit Spark has its own website with its own contact information, although it’s safe to say that contacting Cellit from their main page will give you the support you need, whether for the Studio or the Spark platform. Although they have these options, they lack an FAQ page. If you don’t know much about text message marketing, the lack of an FAQ page could turn you away from them in search of someone who will explain the basic questions of this growing form of communication.
Overall, if you are looking for a powerful system with plenty of features to market your business with, look in to Cellit to see if it fits your needs.

Txtwire Review

The phrase, “expect more from a text” stands out to you on the first glance of the txtwire website. This review will offer information about the benefits of the txtwire SMS service and if you can “expect more” from txtwire. Txtwire advertises their bulk SMS service by targeting 3 different uses of SMS messaging:

These broad-spectrum categories encompass a wide variety of uses in the text messaging world and can meet the needs of almost any organization. Whether marketing your business with free coupons to customers, reminding patients of an appointment, or informing your students at a local high school of up-and-coming events, you can create reliable lines of communication through text message marketing. The txtwire website provides information about effective solutions to a few circumstances. “Few” is the operative word here because the site shows only a small spread of business-types that can benefit from SMS text messaging services. Retail businesses, restaurants, real estate, schools, churches, non-profit organizations, governments, and the vague “professional services” and “network marketing” are the only types listed. If you are looking for broad information about how this can work for your business, their solutions page seems acceptable. If, on the other hand, you are looking for very specific ways you can market in your niche, you may want to find it elsewhere.

The txtwire website professes their system as being “simple & effective.” From the flash video on the home page, the process and layout of their system seems to fit the bill of “simple.” Recipients are located on the left side of the screen, in an grouped-list format. Simply find the contact you want, then fill out the message block and send the message! However, this is the only feature shown on the video. How “simple & effective” the rest of their system is unknown unless you sign up for a free trial account and demonstration of their product. The txtwire trial accounts are available upon request. This will allow you to test their system with your needs and see if its a valid option for your business.

Txtwire has an FAQ section on the site, but it leaves much to be desired. There are only 4 questions listed therefore any company looking to learn about text message marketing, be it the basic or advanced uses, will be left in the dark. Along with lacking complete information about the ease-of-use of their entire system and text marketing in general, txtwire doesn’t present any web-based information about their prices. Prices are available upon request through emailing their sales department, or by texting “price” to “91011” to receive prices via text.

Txtwire supports many of the tier 1 providers and boasts an impressive listing of local providers, effectively offering wide coverage to their customers.

Having options of support is always a key factor in selecting a text message marketing company. The txtwire website provides a toll-free number for phone support and 4 different options of email support depending on your inquiry: sales, public relations, technical assistance, and general questions and comments. In addition to phone and email support, txtwire provides help to customers through text message by texting “contact” to “91011.”

For those who are looking to expand their marketing efforts for a successful business, SMS marketing is the way to go. Indeed, SMS marketing (also known as text message marketing) is the wave of the future. SMS marketing targets cell phones, and since nearly everyone has a cell phone now, you have a number of opportunities when you use text messages to reach potential customers.

SMS providers offer a way for you to reach customers quickly and easily — no matter where they are. Text messages go right to the cell phone, usually notifying users when a new message is received. This means that your marketing message gets attention. Additionally, there are no junk folders on a cell phone. You don’t have to worry about your message going to the spam mail box, like you would with email marketing. Your message is more likely to reach your audience — and your audience is likely to be in a position to do something about it when the message is received. On top of that, text message marketing is known for its lo cost. It doesn’t cost very much to send text messages, and many cell phone users have unlimited plans that allow them to receive SMS messages for free.

There are a number of SMS text message marketing providers available, and one of those is Promo2Cell.

Using Promo2Cell for Your SMS Marketing

Promo2Cell is a SMS provider with a relatively simple, yet powerful, platform that allows you to send text message marketing messages quickly and easily. Some of the features of Promo2Cell include:

You have a great deal of capability with Promo2Cell, and a very innovative platform. However, you also have to pay the price. Promo2Cell has rates that are a little higher than some of the less expensive SMS marketing providers. You can get it for $149 per month (or save with a three-month package for $139 per month). On top of your monthly fee, you will pay for each message. There is a tiered structure, based on the number of text messages you send each month, that runs from $0.09 per message to $0.06 per message.

Before you make a decision, it is a good idea to review your options. Figure out what you will need, and what kind of messages you will send. You should also determine whether or not you will want your customers to be able to have a high degree of interaction with your SMS messages. In some cases, it may be worth the little extra cost to get Promo2Cell.

Mozeo Review

“Mobile marketing made simple” is the catch phrase used by Mozeo, a text message marketing company that also offers the ability for mobile websites.  This Mozeo review will cover some of the feature and benefits offered from Mozeo.

Mozeo was started in 2005 making them one of the older companies in the text message marketing industry, that over the past couple years has exploded to hundreds of companies.  Offices for Mozeo are based in Syracuse, NY but their website does not offer any information on the founders of Mozeo.

The website for Mozeo is very user friendly and easy to navigate with more than enough information available to make a buying decision on which bulk text messaging plan may work best for you.  There is information available on the Mozeo services and explanations of how they work.  There are also screen shots with explanations of what part of the platform you are on.

Mozeo has multiple different mobile marketing plans and plan types.  The “pay as you go” plan type charges $0.06 per message and any messages purchased remain on your account until they are used.  Monthly plans start at 100 messages per month and go up to 10000 messages a month. From the Mozeo website it is unclear if keywords are included with the monthly plans or not so here are some plans and pricing for messages and keywords:
·         500 messages per month
o   $27 a month
o   $0.054 per message
·         1000 messages per month
o   $52 a month
o   $0.052 per message
·         2500 messages per month
o   $125 a month
o   $0.05 per message
·         Keywords (all costs are a one-time charge)
o   1 keyword $24.99
o   3 keywords $69.99
o   5 keywords $110.99

Mozeo has some unique support structures but also lacks a very important one.  They have the ability to speak with someone from the website via an instant message, email support and great walk-throughs with screen shots of the platform.  The lack of a contact number to speak with someone is a bit worrisome.

Altogether, Mozeo is a solid group text messaging company that has shown its worth to consumers over the years.  The pricing for Mozeo is below the industry average and there are multiple plans to choose from.  The platform appears straight forward and easy to use and with the screen captures and learning center that Mozeo has implemented, questions about operation of the platform can be self-answered.  Support for Mozeo looks to be adequate so long as you will not need to speak with someone for immediate support.

TextHub Review

New ways to effectively market to consumers are always on a business owners mind.  One new and innovative way is the use of text message marketing that allows a business to send out a group text message to opt-in targets.  TextHub is a web-based platform that allows these types of messaging services.  This TextHub review will cover some of the pros and cons associated with TextHub’s SMS text marketing programs, as well as their pricing platform.

TextHub’s base of operations is located in Chicago, Illinois and ran by CEO Mark Michuda.  Their website does not indicate when the operations started, although through Internet search, it appears that TextHub has been doing business for about two years and possibly longer.

The website for TextHub does contain important information however it is very jumbled text and hard to focus on reading.  On the home page there is text that is the same color as the background coloring making it extremely hard, if not impossible, to read.  There are a few pages that are only accessed through a link on a page and are not included even in the site map.  Links to other pages is severely limited with the exception of the signup link which is strategically placed within every page.

Here is where TextHub differences from the majority of text messaging providers that offer a text message marketing solution.  TextHub offers a messaging platform that allows the sending out of unlimited messages for as low as $99 a month.  True SMS delivery carries a per message charge with it so TextHub’s delivery of the messages should be called into question here.  There is a claim to allow users to opt-in via text to “Join <Your Company>” to your TextHub assigned number”.  This leads to more red flags as to the delivery of the messages because assigned numbers can be a phone number or a shortcode, unfortunately each carries high costs and restrictions from the carriers.  If delivery of these messages can be assured as with true SMS TextHub’s product seems to be desirable for a company wanting to send a very large volume of messages per month.

Support for TextHub is available by phone and email and there is also the ability from the website to “ask us”, sort of a quick email option.  Both the phone number and email support options are the industry standard and does bode well for TextHub.

Across the board, TextHub has a lack of important information available to make a decision from the website.  Delivery capabilities and the lack of information on how the messages are delivered only furthers skepticism. In addition to these issues, the navigation problems and TextHub unique lingo would indicate that the platform for sending group text messages can be complicated and may require much support time.  Extreme caution and due diligence is suggested when making a decision to use the TextHub services.
